Site Logistics
We can handle any site condition, but knowing what we’re walking into helps us provide a more accurate estimate. Check any boxes that apply—if you’re not sure, just skip it and you can clarify any details in the next step.
Equipment is currently on-site (In the kitchen or a storage area). Equipment must be transported to site. Old equipment needs to be disconnected and removed. Old equipment needs to be hauled away and disposed of. Utility connections (Gas, Electrical, Water, Drain) are within 3-5 feet of the final position. I need help determining if my existing utility connections are sufficient. The path to the install location is wide and clear. There are stairs (more than 2-3) along the install path. There are tight doorways or corners to navigate.
Anything else we should know? (optional)

Upload Site Photos or Documentation
A picture is worth a thousand words. Uploading photos of your current setup, your install area, or any other relevant factors you’ve identified helps us provide a much more accurate quote without the guesswork. (optional, 8mb max)
Not sure what to send? These help us provide the most accurate quote:
For All Projects: A site photo that identifies the specific equipment or area that we’re dealing with.
For Installs & Moves: Photos of any difficulties in the “Path of Travel”—show us any narrow doorways, stairs, or tight corners we’ll need to navigate.
For Retrofits & Repairs: Clear shots of your existing space, utilities, or any “Red Tags” and inspection reports you’ve received.
For Builds & Layouts: Any existing floor plans, architectural PDFs, or manufacturer spec sheets for the equipment you’ve chosen.
For Custom Stainless: Photos of the specific walls or corners we’re cladding, especially near outlets or plumbing lines.
These are just examples. Don’t sweat it if you don’t have photos handy—we can always walk the site and grab the details later!
