    Please note: For new customers, we typically require a credit card on file. We will contact you before dispatching a technician to your location to gather any additional information required and ensure our diagnostic fees are understood.


    Please identify the specific equipment or appliance needing service (i.e. “pantry fridge”, “bottom stacked oven”, “bar glasswasher” etc.)

    If there are multiple cooking areas within your establishment please specify where to find this equipment (i.e. “main cook line”, “basement prep kitchen”, “outdoor patio kicthen” etc.)



    If you are able to locate the rating plate of the appliance, it’s encouraged to include it here.

    Our regular business hours are 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

    Please note due to the nature of equipment service we can’t always guarantee arrival times beyond our scheduled first calls but will always try our best to accommodate.

    Our “first calls” often fill up fast – if it’s absolutely necessary that we get to you first thing in the morning for this issue we will contact you to ensure our technicians will be able to gain access at a specific time, typically between 8:00 – 8:30am.




    We will contact you to confirm that our technicians will be able to gain access and complete the work at this time. Please be aware that specific availabity windows can be more difficult to work with due to the nature of our work and this may impact how quickly we can get to you
